10th Annual Bow Tie Ride
Sunday, September 24, 2017
Meet for ride preparations 9:30 AM
at the Cambridge Main Library, 449 Broadway

Ride departs promptly at 10 AM

Join the Cambridge Bicycle Committee for the most stylish bike ride in Cambridge! On this leisurely 13-mile, two-hour ride, we'll trace the bow-tie shaped boundaries of the city and celebrate cycling in Cambridge! Look at the ride brochure for more information on the route.

We will assemble at and depart from the Cambridge Public Library Main Branch, and we'll be escorted by the Cambridge Police Department's Bike Patrol. Midway through the ride, there will be a brief break at Danehy Park. The ride will end back at the Cambridge Public Library with a light lunch supplied by our food and beverage donors: Saloniki Greek, Felipe's, and Trader Joe's. The ride will be supported by bicycle mechanics from Crimson Bikes.

All riders are eligible for a discount from OoOtie, Boston's only independent bow tie company. Use BOWTIERIDE for 30% off and free shipping on any item from www.OoOtie.com. There will also be a bow-tie tying lesson before the ride.

The ride will be cancelled in the case of heavy rain. Announcements regarding rain will be sent to the Cambridge Bikes email list, posted on the ride Facebook event, and indicated on this site.

Like all our tours, this ride is free of charge. Thanks to all our sponsors for their support.
