Join the Cambridge Bicycle Committee for a leisurely ride through the streets of Cambridge past homes and sites associated with well-known authors, poets, publishers and printers.

We start at the plaza between the High School and the Library for a ride a little over 10 miles long. We will be making a number stops along the way for brief theme-related talks and perhaps a brief reading. The ride will end up at Riverside Press Park on Memorial Drive for free refreshments. After that, we'll lead those interested back to the starting point.

The ride will be escorted by the Cambridge Police Department's Bike Patrol.

Please arrive at the start by 10:15am for a 10:30am departure.

Rain date May 17, same time. Announcements regarding rain will be sent to the ride email list and posted at cambridgebikes.org

There is no registration or charge for the tour — just show up and have fun.
